Booking & Policies:

How Far in Advance?
I recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.

What Happens Next?
After booking, Andrew will schedule a call to discuss timing, any specific group shots you'd like, and particular moments you want captured. You'll introduce Andrew to your Pro Shop or member services, and he'll coordinate with them to ensure everything aligns with club protocols. Beyond that, just enjoy your round.

Cancellation Policy

  • Local rounds (Atlanta metro): Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.

  • Rounds requiring travel: Cancellation terms discussed during proposal based on travel commitments.

Payment
Venmo, Zelle, check, or wire transfer. A $2,000 deposit is required to secure your date. Any additional expenses are invoiced within 24 hours of completion.
